As a Jungian psychotherapy intern and Jungian coach, I am continually humbled by the wisdom of the unconscious and the remarkable ways it speaks through symbols. I believe every dream carries the potential to reveal something essential, whether it is a forgotten part of ourselves, an invitation toward healing, or the next step in our journey of becoming.

It is a privilege to walk alongside you as we explore these inner landscapes together with curiosity, compassion, and profound respect for the unique story each dream has to tell.

Dreams are the psyche’s symbolic language, revealing what has been overlooked, repressed, or quietly waiting to emerge. While the conscious mind keeps us focused on the demands of everyday life, dreams invite us beneath the surface, where healing, transformation, and meaning begin.

Carl Jung believed dreams naturally compensate for the one-sidedness of the ego. They illuminate the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten, the emotions we’ve avoided, and the potential we’ve yet to live. Dreams are not random by any means!

When we learn to work with our dreams, we begin to recognize recurring patterns, integrate the shadow, and understand the unconscious forces shaping our relationships, anxiety, purpose, and life transitions.

Dreams become a map toward greater self-awareness.

If a dream has been lingering in your heart or returning to you again and again, I invite you to share it through my Dream Submission Form.

It would be an honor to step into its symbolic landscape with you and explore what your unconscious may be trying to reveal! Your dream may be selected for a thoughtful, in-depth dream interpretation and reflection.
